Project Manager Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction preferred but not required
• 3+ years experience in supervising the field operations for multiple commercial projects preferred
• Knowledge of local contractors and suppliers, best practices techniques, and construction methods and codes
• Construction experience must include expertise in construction materials and techniques, estimating, reading of blueprints and understanding of building codes
• Strong work history of managing project schedules and completing projects within budget
• Proven ability to coordinate materials, equipment and labor resources
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proven time management skills
• Dependable, prompt, works well with others and has great customer service skills
• Knowledge of computers and MS Office applications
• Preferred candidates will have a proven track record of the following responsibilities:

• Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
• Holds status meetings with Superintendents and sub-contractors
• Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations
• Posses a thorough understanding of interior finish-out
• Motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
• Creates and executes project work schedules and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
