Transplants for Children is a San Antonio based organization whose mission is to assist children in need of organ or tissue transplant. They work with families to provide emotional, financial, and social support during these trying times.

St. Peter-St. Joseph Children's Home is a local organization that began as an orphanage over one-hundred years ago. They now provide a home for children who have suffered abuse or neglect as well as a counseling center for families in crises.
