Founder of Dimensions Contracting, Joe construction career spans over 15 years in the industry. His experience includes general contracting as well as the design, development, and construction of commercial construction. Joe is well-respected and recognized in the General Contracting field.

Joseph B. Dubbels, has been designated as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED® AP) by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). The LEED® Green Building Rating System is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high-performance green buildings. As a LEED AP, Dubbels is able to advise clients on the rapidly emerging incentive-based and mandatory regulatory requirements pertaining to green building and assist in evaluating and navigating the LEED certification process.

Geoffrey Whittaker

Geoffrey Whittaker has served as senior project manager for Dimensions Contracting since 2004 and offers clients a wealth of experience in facility design, development, and construction. He is responsible for estimating and project site management. Additionally, he assists with business development, sales, and marketing. As of 2007, he is managing and operating our new Austin office. Mr. Whittaker is a member of BOMA in both San Antonio and Austin.

David has been with Dimensions since 2006 and has spent fifteen years in the Commercial Construction Business. Being a San Antonio native and specializing in environmental safety, David has become a very well respected Project Manager for Dimensions. David’s resourcefulness and foresight into development had made him a valuable asset to the Dimensions Team.
